Plain and simple card using SU products.

This card was very quick and easy.
I used SU whisper white for my card, then i cut 3 strips of 1 of regal rose, 1 old olive and 1 summer sun.
I also punched out 1 five petal flowers in each of the above colours, then i used the scalloped square punch on the old olive to get the inverted scallop i started in the middle and worked out on both sides.
Then on the regal rose i used the scalloped edge punch, then i stamped the thank you from the wonderful words set, and to finish it off i placed the flower together and put a brad in the centre and fixed it to the card.
Thanks for taking the time to look its much appreciated.

Its been another cold and miserable day so did a bright card.

I cut a lot of  4 x 4 cards so am making a no of 4 x 4 cards at the moment.
After making this card i saw a challenge on Charisma Cardz so i put this card into the Challenge.
Thanks you people that take the time to look, i luv looking at other peoples cards.

For this card i have just used scraps of old patterned paper a little ribbon and a couple of flowers.

This card is one i have done for a challenge, with stamping for the weekend sketch time.
I am entering a no of challenges because i am still not able to work since my op so am making the best of my time crafting.

Today i thought i would have a go colouring with copic pens, this i am not good at but if i dont do it i will never get any better at it than i an now and that's not good at all.

I have a lot to learn when it comes to using markers colouring etc, I did go to a class run by Maddy Hill and i really enjoyed it and would recommend people doing it, the day was great meeting lots of nice people.
I  think  i could have done with  more than the one class because i just don't seem to grasp the shading, I am the owner of  SU markers, copic markers and ciao markers so i need to keep having ago at getting my colouring to that standard that so many of you ladies have.
So please take my apologies now for entering this on Stamp Something a Weekly Challenge Blog using blue and white, but i do need feed back on why i get it so wrong.
Thanks for looking

Brown and Pinks used

Valentine card made with circle punch

I thought i would make a Valentine card by punching a hole in the centre of the card, i used a number of punches by different companies and could not get it to look anything like it was so close to the edge. I then thought i would try my 1.3/8 circle punch and this is how it punched out i thought it was much better than the other punches that i had tried so i worked with it and made this card, the punch was from Stampin Up.

This was punched out with one of another companies punch just to show you what i mean, by its to close to the edge it does not matter how you place it in the paper you are very limited.
Hope this is of some use to you i learned the hard way i bought almost everything i saw before SU came to the UK and now well i cannot say i do not buy anything as i would be telling you a porkie, but my goods are limited from other companies because SU sell such a range of goods.
Thanks for taking the time to look please leave feed back TA.

A Valentine card using words from the freebie set i mentioned earlier

This card size is 4 x 4 ins, i used all SU products to make it.The eyelet border punch which you can purchase for £12.50 you could use this for many a card or scrapbook page.
Next is the heart to heart punch £12.50 this also can be used for a number things like now to make those Valentine cards, you have the card stock whisper white at £5.50 for 40 sheets of A4, plus the brilliant blue 24 sheets of A4 cardstock for £4.50.
You may think well i do not want 24 A4 sheets of one colour, then why not get a mixed pack you get 36 A4 sheets of mixed cardstock, your choice would be one of 4 colour families this would be 3 of each colour in that colour family and the cost for this would be £6.75.
Then i put little spots in one of the hearts i used the Uni ball signo gel pen this is another item that you can use on many of your projects and the cost of this is £3.25.
I have just added this all together and if you was to buy all of this from me it would cost you either £38.25 for the one with the £4.50 cardstock and the one with the cardstock at £6.25 the cost would be £40.50.
Remember crafters that if you spend £45.00 with SU at this moment in time you can get yourself a free stamp set, the words on my card are from a one of the free stamp sets you can recieve if you spend £45.00.
Please take a look at the Sale a Brations section at the top of my page to the right at the other sets you could become owners of. If i could be of any help please dont hesitate to contact me.
Many thanks to those that do look at my blog.
